Our Managing Director, Mr Adrian (A.J) Simpson has lived
and worked in Asia for 18 years, based in Thailand.
Working from India to China with a variety of seafoods -
shellfish, fish and cephalopods in canned (sterilized &
pasteurized), live, fresh, frozen and Value Added forms.
Operational solutions are only part of the picture, our
MD has been involved directly in every step of the
seafood process over the last 20 years from fishing &
fish farming through to sales and marketing worldwide.
We are HACCP, SCP and BPCS certified. Also the MD is
qualified and experienced as a Thermal Processing
Authority with certification from the National Food
Processors Association (NFPA) for Thermal Process
Development.
Having been audited and been an auditor, we are acutely
aware of the major concerns of both the processor and
the buyer and the benefits to be obtained from
successfully passing technical audit.
SHINING
SEA FOODS CO., LTD has BRC awareness training
and has successfully worked with processor management
teams to achieve 100% pass rate for BRC audits at higher
level. Success also after being directly audited by
USFDA, buyers, FAI, BVQI, EFSIS and SGS.
